How does the refund work?
Read the report. If it didn't help you, click the refund button in the delivery email within 14 days. We refund the full $499, no tickets, no debate. The only catch: refunded reports must be deleted, not used.
Is this really run by AI?
Mostly, yes. An agent does the heavy lifting, then a human reviews the findings before the report ships so what lands in your inbox is useful and clear.
What should I send you?
One app or URL, plus a short note on what it is. Keep it simple. We will handle the rest.
What does the report look like?
A clean PDF with a JSON companion. Each finding includes severity, evidence, and plain-English remediation. Forward it to your team, customer, or auditor.
Will it touch my production?
We keep the audit safe and non-destructive by default. If you would rather point us at staging, do that.
Is this a SOC 2 / ISO 27001 pen test?
It is a structured vulnerability audit, not a certification. The report is audit-friendly, but if you need a specific deliverable for an auditor, check with them first.
